Analyst
This interview will test your skills in financial modeling, underwriting, market analysis, and evaluating deals. You can expect technical questions about IRR, cap rates, and cash flow. It was an easy interview process. I went through 5 rounds of interviews, and I met with a couple of team leads. They were more focused on fit than analytics. It's a good idea to have some working knowledge of the industry when you come to the interview.
