Behavioral Other

The interview process felt unprofessional from the start. The interviewer's demeanor was rude from our initial contact; they rescheduled our interview and then, before I could even introduce myself, they stated, 'let's start the interview so we can get you out of here quickly.' This created an impression that they weren't serious about hiring. Despite the 1-hour commute I made for this interview, driven by my interest in the role, the dismissive attitude was unlike anything I've experienced in my career. Furthermore, the job description was misleading, contributing to an overall unprofessional experience.

I had two rounds of interviews online via Teams since the interviewers were in Hong Kong. It was a nice chat, but ultimately, they decided to promote someone from within instead of hiring someone new.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was great and they offered good training. It was focused and well organized. They explained how information flows well. I met the team and my future manager. The process was clear by the time I started. They answered my questions accurately and informatively. It was an excellent environment to learn more about the core business and develop my career. Everything they promised in the interview happened once I started working with the team, and I was there for 8 years. It was a great work experience.
