First, there was a phone call intro interview. Then, you go into the office for an interview with 8 people. Each person has their own questions and talking points. If they like you, they'll call you back for another interview in person to offer you the job.

I first got connected with CBG at a college career fair where I had an initial interview. After that, I was invited to their main office for a second round of interviews. This second part was all one-on-one, and I met with several members of Senior Management individually. They were all very nice and professional. What really stood out to me and made me want to join the company was how much they emphasized their commitment to my career development, rather than just focusing on what I could do for them.

First interview was a general one, and then there was a follow-up after a phone call. It was a quick 'get to know you' type of interview, and the supervisor asked specific questions about how an employee should handle different situations. I'm not sure if others had the same experience.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Would you help a colleague with their project task if it meant it would interfere with your ability to complete your own project tasks?
