Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CB2.
Sales Associate
The interview process is a one round panel interview. Lots of behavioural questions and scenario based questions focusing on teamwork and sales. Previous sales experience and restocking skills are key. Best to email your resume directly to their email then apply on the website.
- Can you describe a situation where you had to handle a challenging client?
Sales Associate
The interview process was bad and late. They asked general questions and the hiring manager wasn't really listening to my answers. I got a call back with a different offer than what was discussed during the interview. It was super unprofessional and not cool especially when I need a job during a pandemic.
- What is your motivation for seeking employment at CB2?
Sales Associate
The interview process was refreshingly smooth and pleasant! After submitting my application online, I received an email about a week later setting up a time for a call. I had a great phone conversation (no video thankfully) with the hiring manager. The process from the interview to being on the retail floor was fast.
- What makes you want to work for this company?
