They were pretty responsive to my online application. The first part was an interview with the Store Manager, the Regional Manager, and the Area Visual Manager. They'll really value your experience and if you seem genuine. They want someone who's not just into visual merchandising but also truly loves the brand itself (not in an obsessive way, just genuinely).

I went through an interview. It was pretty professional and organized. They asked technical questions for the job and behavioral ones about how I deal with stuff at work. The interviewers were nice and explained things well.

I thought the interview process here was unimpressive. I applied online and had a phone screen initially. It took several weeks for the recruiter to say they were going in a different direction, which is understandable. Then, a few months later, another recruiter reached out saying they were interested. I interviewed again and let them know I had already interviewed for this position. The recruiter mentioned their needs had changed. Great! We discussed the role, and she said they would be reviewing candidates for a few weeks. I never heard back after that.

After a phone screen and a virtual 1:1, CB2 flew me out to the home office. Even though it was in person, two of the interviews were still virtual. After my trip, they ghosted me about both the job and getting reimbursed for ubers to/from the airport. I know not hearing back is common now, but this was a really bad experience that cost me a good amount of money and doesn't look good for the company.
