Interviewed for a corporate role four separate times, each with a different staff member. No group or panel interviews were conducted. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was ghosted by both talent acquisition and the hiring manager. The position was reposted multiple times. I'm not offended by a 'no' or even a standard 'moving in a different direction' message, but being completely ignored after interviewing several times is disrespectful, especially when the company culture was touted as great during the interviews.

We had a screening call with the recruiter, then a hiring manager interview that was more involved. After that, there were 2-3 cross-functional leaders in a panel style interview, which was pretty casual but they wanted to chat about how this role would integrate with their teams.

I applied on LinkedIn and got a call from the recruiter within a few hours. We scheduled an interview for the next day, had a good chat, and they said a second interview would be set up. On the day it was supposed to happen, I hadn't heard anything, so I followed up and was told it was still on and got Zoom details. The second interview went well. The next business day I asked for an email to send a thank you, but never heard back from the recruiter, so I guessed the email of the person I interviewed with. It's been a few weeks now and I haven't heard from either the recruiter or the other interviewer. It's really discouraging for a company I like so much to ghost me, especially with the job market being so tough right now.
