Team Member
I applied on their website and a few days later I was asked to schedule an interview. When I arrived for the interview, the hiring manager wasn't there, so I had to reschedule for a few days later. When I arrived for the rescheduled interview, the hiring manager was again not present. It was super frustrating because they didn't let me know I needed to change my interview times until after it was supposed to have already happened.

District Manager
I had an interview about 2 years ago. First, HR screened me on Zoom. Then, I had a Zoom interview with the Operations Manager. After that, I interviewed with the VP via Zoom. Once all the interviews were done, they asked if I would be willing to move to a different Florida market, even though I applied for the Orlando job. I couldn't do it because of family reasons. After that, they ghosted me and I never heard back, not even a rejection email. It was a total waste of my time. They should at least have the courtesy to contact a candidate after the interview.
- Can you describe how you would manage a diverse team across multiple restaurant locations?
Teacher
The interview process was thorough yet straightforward, and it was recorded for future reference. The questions posed were thoughtful, multi-layered, and highly relevant to the specific teaching role. It included a 10-minute lesson segment where participants were expected to act as students. This part was a bit challenging to align with high school level content due to the complexity of the subject matter.
- Describe your strategies for fostering collaboration within the classroom environment.
Manager
Interviewed for a corporate role four separate times, each with a different staff member. No group or panel interviews were conducted. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was ghosted by both talent acquisition and the hiring manager. The position was reposted multiple times. I'm not offended by a 'no' or even a standard 'moving in a different direction' message, but being completely ignored after interviewing several times is disrespectful, especially when the company culture was touted as great during the interviews.
- What are your long-term career aspirations over the next five years?
