We had 6 rounds of zoom calls for the interview. First, a recruiter zoom call, then a manager interview zoom call. After that, a mock cold call plus an interview zoom call with the sdr enablement manager. Then there was a director zoom interview call, followed by a vp zoom interview call, and finally an hr zoom call.

The process started with HR, then the Team Lead, followed by an AE/Simulations round, then a meeting with the VP and Team Lead, another HR touchpoint, and finally the contract. They really made the whole thing super easy, even when they shuffled the sales territories during the interviews. Got a great offer and met some awesome people and saw the offices. It genuinely feels like a great place to work.

Behavioral Technical

The whole interview process spanned about three weeks, with some significant gaps between interviews. When I got to the hiring manager, I mentioned my desire for career growth within the company. Unfortunately, I was informed that I wasn't a good fit for the role because there isn't a clear path for advancement. This was quite a blow, and as a professional, I was taken aback. Ultimately, I didn't get the job because my aspirations for growth in the position were seen as misaligned.
