Revenue Analyst
The interview process involved one interview and two online aptitude tests. These tests had 18 questions to be completed in 6 minutes, and they were tough, designed to test stress endurance and thinking speed. It's recommended to practice online aptitude tests beforehand. There were no further interviews after this.
- Could you tell us why you are interested in our company?
- What makes you a suitable candidate for this position?
- Please introduce yourself.
Revenue Analyst
First, there was an online assessment with numerical and verbal reasoning questions, plus four recorded behavioural interview questions. The online assessment was quite difficult, I couldn't finish either part. It's a good idea to research the role and find practice tests for the cute-e assessments. Then, there was a face-to-face assessment and interview. The assessment included an Excel task using basic functions and a network revenue maximising problem which was discussed in the interview. They asked standard questions during the interview and didn't delve too deep into my past experience. Again, do some research on the role and make sure you understand the job description.
- What motivates you to join Cathay Pacific?
- What is your understanding of this position?
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Revenue Analyst
The interview process started with an online test. A week later, there was a video interview. About two weeks after that, I had an on-site test and interview with HR and directors. The whole process took about a month to get the results, but the interviewers were very nice and helpful.
- What motivates your interest in our company?
- In what ways do you believe you are suited for this role?
