Project Manager
For the first round, it was a panel interview with HR, the team head, and the solution lead. I had to prepare a 3-page deck covering an end-to-end project. Expect a lot of situational questions based on my self-introduction and the deck.
- How do you confirm whether a requirement falls within the project scope?
Project Manager
The whole thing took about 2 weeks. Started with HR, then I spoke to the hiring manager. HR called me afterwards. It was a smooth process and I had a good experience.
- What motivates you to join our company?
Project Manager
So, first you have to do a PowerPoint presentation. You have to ask 3 questions for the presentation: the most difficult issue in the project, how you resolve it, and what was the feedback of the project. The first part of the interview is a self-introduction, and then the HR will ask about your profile. After that, you'll do your presentation to the HR and line managers. Finally, the line managers will ask some questions.
- What is your career direction?
