So, the first step was a general Q&A with the direct manager and HR, focusing on culture fit and past experience. It felt pretty standard. Then, the second round was a panel interview, which was more of the same. Throughout the whole process, there was a lot of back and forth to negotiate the offer, and they tried to lowball me.

Behavioral Presentation

First, I submitted my resume. Then, an HR phone interview, which was pretty basic, just asking about salary expectations. After that, the first in-person interview was with the hiring manager, where we talked about my resume and experience. I got an email afterwards with the case study details, which was about reviewing the miles expiry policy since they recently changed it. The second interview was a 1-hour presentation with a Q&A, and both the director and my manager were there. They were really nice and professional.
