After an online aptitude assessment, there was a video interview. The practice aptitude test wasn't very similar to the real one, so practicing didn't help much. It required quick reactions to questions and strong information organization skills.

It was an online virtual interview that was fairly easy. They asked 3 questions, and you get 1 minute to answer each. The questions weren't hard; just basic knowledge of aviation and passion for the company were needed.

There were two main parts to the interview process. First, there was a 30-minute group discussion where 8 candidates were given information and had to work together to reach a conclusion. After that, there was a 30-minute individual interview. I was then hired for about two months.
