The process had a good flow. Questions were tough, but it's clear they value every role, even for the intern position. Group discussion and presentation skills are important. The interview was conducted in English. Please be punctual.

The interview process started with an online assessment where I had to record myself answering questions, like one about CX enterprise value. Then there was a face-to-face interview which included a self-introduction and a group discussion or personal interview where they asked about my background.

We started with an online assessment, then there were some video submissions, followed by a face-to-face case interview. The case interview focused on a series of management-related problems. Deep engineering knowledge wasn't essential, but mentioning relevant terms would be a plus.
