So, the process starts with a phone call and then there's a group interview with HR and the department head. It's a way for candidates to show their skills, personality, and how they'd fit with the team. It's all about teamwork and interacting with each other.

After applying online, I received a call within a week to schedule the interview. The panel interview, lasting about 30 minutes, included questions from the Team Manager, Assistant Manager, and HR.
- Could you share your knowledge about Cathay?
Digital Analyst
I applied in mid-July and got a call in early August. Then I had an onsite interview mid-August and got an offer in early September. The first call with HR was basically to check my availability for the onsite and they sent me a business case study about omnichannel aviation. The task was to create a campaign to target passengers, and I had to give a 10-minute presentation on it. I had 72 hours to prepare and submit it. It was a case study about their current business of customizing passenger targeting. The onsite interview was really nice, with two hiring managers and one HR person. We started with introductions, then I gave my presentation and they asked follow-up questions about the case, like why I planned the campaign a certain way, how I targeted customers, and the logic behind the segments. After that, we talked about behavioral stuff and why I wanted to join Cathay Pacific. They were both really friendly and patient. Since the job is in Hong Kong, they're cool with multilingual people. Most of it was in English, but they asked some questions in Mandarin since I'm Taiwanese and threw in a bit of Cantonese too.
