So you go through 3 rounds of interviews. The first round is a casual phone chat with an engineer, could be from any department. If they like you, the next step is a Teams video call with HR for some deep behavioral questions. After that, HR sends your resume to a committee to decide your home department. If the hiring manager likes you and has openings, you'll have a final, more intense STAR-style online interview. Even though I did well in interview 2 and was told I'd be approved, I got rejected. I think I applied too late in the process and they'd already met their hiring goals (was at 130 out of 150, and they usually expect applications a year in advance for a June start).

We first had an online test with tough technical questions, depending on the set you received. Shortlisted candidates then attended a 10-minute GD. After that, there was another tech interview, and those who passed that had HR interviews. The recruitment seemed focused on diversity, with few girls initially, but they received more offers.

It was an on-campus placement drive. The first round involved basic electrical subjects like electrical machines, power electronics, and microprocessors/microcontrollers, along with an aptitude section that was easy. You should really focus on core subjects to pass the first round. The second round was a technical round where they test your basics. Prepare a good self-introduction and be clear about your projects. It's actually easy to clear the technical round. Some other companies had gamified aptitude rounds.

The interview process had three rounds. The first was a proctored MCQ test with aptitude, ECE-specific questions, and C programming tasks where we had to debug or find errors in code snippets. The second round was a Group Discussion (GD) with about 10 people per team, discussing general topics like online vs. offline education and the pros/cons of the digital revolution. The final round was a technical interview.
