The process was a 30 minute discussion about the role and key parameters. It seemed like they were evaluating internal candidates. HR promised feedback but never provided any.

I had a call from the HR Manager, and we had an initial phone interview - this was skills based to check compatibility. I then went to the offices to meet with the Line Manager for an interview with her and the HR Manager - this was also skills based but also to check I was the right person to fit into the team. It was good to go into the office, gave a sense of what the company was like. The next interview was with the HR Director and the Line Manager - again in the office. This was an hour and was very much around how I would handle different scenarios and if I would be a good fit for the team. The final interview was with the CFO and it was to check that I was the right person to fit into the company. The whole process took almost 4 months - then I was offered the role.

I was interviewed from my collage. Most of the questions were focused on my CV. They do focus on your values and behaviors, it is recommended that you go through their V&B before attending the interview. Additionally if you are passionate about engines and good at solving problems then it makes things simple.
