Business Transformation Lead
I had an initial round using HireVue where they asked me behavioral questions, like what about my experience makes me a good fit for the role, to introduce myself, and to give an example of a time I proposed an innovative idea that had tangible results.
- Can you tell me what about your experience makes you a good fit for this role?
Communication Manager
I had a call from the HR Manager, and we had an initial phone interview - this was skills based to check compatibility. I then went to the offices to meet with the Line Manager for an interview with her and the HR Manager - this was also skills based but also to check I was the right person to fit into the team. It was good to go into the office, gave a sense of what the company was like. The next interview was with the HR Director and the Line Manager - again in the office. This was an hour and was very much around how I would handle different scenarios and if I would be a good fit for the team. The final interview was with the CFO and it was to check that I was the right person to fit into the company. The whole process took almost 4 months - then I was offered the role.
- What value do you bring to this position?
Accountant

They might look at resumes, cover letters, and online tests. If you pass this, you might get a phone interview with HR to talk more about your skills, experience, and why you want the job.

Management Intern
It was a campus recruitment process..first resume was shortlisted then there was a telephonic interview followed by a face to face interview. They recruit management interns from Tier 1 and Tier 2 B-schools. At some other locations, they also had a written test.
