I'm a college senior graduating in December. I first spoke with a recruiter at my school's career fair. About a week later, the recruiter reached out via email to see if I wanted to know more about Castro. We then had an informal meeting where we talked about my interests and she answered my questions about Castro. Another week passed, and then after I asked for an update, I got an offer two weeks later.

Applied online and they were super responsive. Had a 30 minute phone screen with the recruiter. They asked me about my resume and past work experience. The recruiter was really nice and easy to chat with.

I interviewed with this company in the summer. The recruiter was great and kept me in the loop about everything. First, I talked to the HR manager who gave me a good sense of the company and what it's like to work there. A couple of weeks later, I interviewed with senior management. They were approachable and I felt the interviews went well. It seemed like a good place to work.
