Product Manager
The process included a phone interview with the recruiter, followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager, and then an onsite interview with the team. There was supposed to be another onsite with management, but I did not get to that round. After completing the first three rounds, the hiring manager said he would get back to me in 1-2 days, but I was ghosted and never heard from them again. I tried reaching out via email to both the hiring manager and recruiter for feedback, but received no response. This candidate treatment is unprofessional and irresponsible.

Product Manager
After applying, Castlight Health's recruiters contacted me quickly. They were friendly, professional, and communicative. Scheduling with the Hiring Manager had a small delay, but the call was on time and conversational. They showed interest in my background and discussed the role's details. I then went for an interview and met with 3 team members. Ultimately, they decided I wasn't a fit and the Hiring Manager called to explain why, providing helpful feedback. Though I didn't get the job, the process was exceptional.

Product Manager
I applied on the career site and a recruiter reached out within a week. Scheduling the interview was easy. It was about an hour long and very by-the-book, like the recruiter was just checking boxes from a spreadsheet the hiring manager gave him. He was reading questions exactly as written, which made it feel impersonal. Honestly, it felt like talking to someone at the DMV. Anyway, he said my qualifications were great and I'd hear back in a week about the next steps with the hiring manager. I sent a thank you email that day, no response. A week later, I followed up, still no response. Two weeks after that, I sent a final email to check in, and again, nothing. Super unprofessional, in my opinion.
