They seem unprepared to deal with senior professionals. They use recruiters with little to no experience who lack the technical ability to ask relevant questions or maintain a productive conversation suitable for a senior candidate. It's uncomfortable to be interviewed by someone who sometimes doesn't even understand what you're talking about, especially given your level and seniority. They didn't even explain which specific role I was interviewing for, just saying there were 'several possibilities' when asked. When I inquired about the work model, the response was curt: 'In this position, you live in airports.' Is this how a professional company operates?

Pensa numa empresa enrolada. Pensou? Talvez chegue próxima da Cast Group. O primeiro contato é feito por telefone, você faz a entrevista ali mesmo, conversa bastante e tal. Depois você recebe um email de boas-vindas falando que você está participando do processo seletivo. Que ótimo não? Ai depois simplesmente desaparecem. Quando entro em contato a recrutadora fala que o processo está em andamento, e que “em breve”, vão te contatar. Esse “em breve” já tem quase 2 meses. E parece ser o modus operandi desta empresa, pois já passei por isso em duas oportunidades. E nas duas, foi a mesma coisa. Muito estranho.

There were 5 interview stages, quite demanding. First, a phone interview, then with the area technician, assessment tests and a final interview with the director, followed by salary negotiation. After that, the hiring process began.
