The process started with an interview with a Manager from Cast Group, then I spoke with the Client's Leaders, and finally, there was an HR follow-up. We discussed my most relevant experiences, the objective of the project, and the challenges I faced with the teams I managed.

I was recommended for a Test Analyst position and after a two-week wait, I finally had my interview. The process was smooth, and the interviewer was very friendly. I was told they liked me and were interested in hiring me – everything seemed perfect. However, after the interview, there was a long, unexplained wait for a 'call'. During this time, I declined two other solid opportunities because I believed Cast's promise. To make matters worse, HR itself wasn't aware they wanted to hire me. I waited a month but was never officially contacted. Eventually, I was informed that the client decided to transfer someone from another contract instead of hiring a new person – a decision I still don't fully understand. Still, I decided to try for another contract with the company, having missed the previous two opportunities. Another HR person contacted me, but after a few conversations, she stopped responding and didn't even schedule an interview. Weeks later, I heard they found another candidate, without even giving me a chance for an interview. Later, another HR person contacted me and asked so many questions that I felt uncomfortable. She said she would let me know soon if I'd be approved for the technical interview, but I never heard back. The company, which was initially highly recommended and I was very interested in, ended up disappointing me, showing little respect for those seeking opportunities. I'm still looking for a new opportunity, and it's frustrating to know I missed other chances by believing in a promise that didn't materialize. The experience was quite disheartening.
