First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cascadia Consulting Group.
Senior Associate
The interview process was okay. After the panel interview, where I was given the questions beforehand, I was told I'd get a response within 2-3 weeks. I sent a thank you note the same day. A week later, I tried contacting the HR person, but got a bounced email with a different HR contact. I then followed up with the new HR person, emailed the company website, and also sent emails to everyone I met during the interview (I figured out their emails from the HR person's email). I'm really confused by the lack of basic courtesy in not responding to me at all. They are supposedly looking for a Sr Associate to help grow the business and manage tough situations. I feel like I dodged a bullet. If they can't even respond after an interview, what other communication issues are happening internally? It's just rude, no matter how busy a company is. Be polite to people who are interested in working for you.

Cascadia took over a month to get back to me for an interview. They called and said it would be a few screening questions and only take a few minutes, but it ended up being a full interview, which caught me off guard. They mentioned Cascadia Consulting Group has work-life balance issues and is using software to find solutions. The interview/phone screen lasted about an hour. I was told I'd hear back within 2 business days, but I didn't. After multiple calls and emails to the hiring email and the interviewer, I realized I've been ghosted.

The interview process involved a video interview with some basic intro questions, followed by a 45-minute standard case interview. After that, there was a take-home case where candidates had 48 hours to analyze data in Excel, build a presentation deck, and then present it for 20 minutes.
