This was for a temporary role. The interview was about 30 minutes long. The questions were a bit tricky and not very direct, so you might end up answering differently than intended.

The interviews for this role are pretty involved, taking a good amount of time. They really want to hear about your past sales wins and what you've accomplished. You should expect about 3 rounds of interviews, meeting with 6 different people in total. Since security and compliance are super important for this job, they'll want to see that you're a really organized and careful person.

Recruiter cold-called me, and I asked to follow up via email and another call. The recruiter read my emails multiple times (using streak email tracking) and scheduled another call, but then completely flaked. I called and emailed immediately, then called again, but she was reading my emails as I sent them and not responding. I kept following up. Other Richemont recruiters reached out on LinkedIn, and I told them I was already in touch with the first recruiter, so they backed off (likely because they couldn't claim credit for my hire). However, she never replied. I emailed again to say I had moved, still no response. After I accepted a position with a much better company, she contacted me about a role in my previous city. She read all my emails multiple times but ignored me, flaked on a scheduled call, and never even apologized. It's unbelievable. Richemont/Cartier are no longer considered luxury or established brands to me. I previously worked for their competitor and now have a $20 million quota at a different company, so I know the issue isn't with me. Don't waste people's time if you're too unprofessional to respond to emails.
