i had a 15 minute call with HR, then did an online case study and some behavioral questions with an analyst, followed by an in-person assessment centre. The whole thing took 2 months from the first interview until they got back to me.

So the recruiter first contacted me to set up an initial call. Then, I had a virtual case interview as the second step. The final stage was in person and included four interviews: two consulting cases, one data case, and one behavioral interview. The whole thing took over a month because of the holidays in between. After the interviews, they took two weeks to let me know their decision and didn't give any feedback.

The interview process had 3 rounds total. It started with an HR screen, followed by a round with mid-management. Then there was a super day in person which consisted of 3 parts: a data analysis case based on a take-home exercise, a case study, and a fit interview. The actual interviewing part was just okay. What really got me was the waiting game. They wouldn't give any updates on the position for weeks and kept delaying the decision. It was super annoying. I was really frustrated by the lack of communication after the interviews. They took 45 days to decide, only to tell me they were moving forward with other candidates. It's baffling why they would keep me waiting if they were just going to pick someone else anyway? Definitely a bad experience.
