The interview process started with a screening round, followed by a virtual case interview. The final stage was an in-person super day that lasted about 4 hours. This super day included a 30-minute behavioral interview and a 30-minute mini-case interview, a fit interview, a presentation where I had to showcase a pre-prepared deliverable, and a case study. Everyone I met was really nice and friendly.

Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty long interview process, but not too challenging. The team seemed really nice and fun to work with, although there felt like some underlying tension between the leaders which could be awkward. They also seem to play a lot of favoritism.

It was a pretty standard interview process. There were 2 rounds in total, and both were in-person after they reviewed my resume. The second round was a Superday, which was also in-person and lasted about 4.5 hours. Each interview during the Superday was around 30 minutes long, with breaks in between.
