I first sent in my resume and then answered a few follow up questions. After that, I was able to schedule an interview. The interview was about 30 minutes long and the interviewer was based in the US. We discussed how I lead a classroom and my familiarity with Zoom. We also talked about different approaches for teaching various types of students.
