I sent in my resume and an introduction, and they got back to me super fast. Then there was a mandatory training session that lasted two hours, followed by another two hours of demo classes. It felt pretty intense, maybe more than in other places. The actual interview was only 30 minutes and covered the usual basic stuff.

The interview process for Carrot Global was simple and efficient. First, there was an initial screening interview with your potential supervisor. Then, you went through 2-3 mock tutor test stages with some of the HQ employees. After that, these mock lessons were separately reviewed by other members of the hiring department. Once you successfully completed the mock English tutoring lessons, you received an offer.

The interview process was pretty organized. I met with different people in management, and I was assigned a manager who helps with scheduling. The students are nice and interested in learning. It's generally a decent place to work.
