A bot named Tony contacted me to set up an interview. It offered a few time slots, and I picked the one that worked for me. I then attended the interview at the scheduled date and time.

It was a really nice and straightforward interview, very polite and formal. I can't complain about the interview itself, I just wish they would have called me back to let me know if I got the job or not.

Applied online, got a call a few days later about my application status, and then scheduled an interview. I went in for three days in a row and got a conditional offer. However, they don't give out official job offers until you pass this crazy 100-question menu test. I've worked serving jobs at way bigger and better places and know how menu tests work. They told me Wednesday afternoon to study the menu and be ready for a test on Friday. I didn't realize they expected me to know every single ingredient in every dish, even the type of pepper they use. I get wanting staff to know the menu, but I don't get giving less than a day and a half to memorize a whole menu, ingredients and all. And they hadn't even officially hired me yet. They call it "on the job training," but I've never worked anywhere this bad at training. I spent three days going there when I could have been applying and interviewing elsewhere. They really need to train their employees or at least give an offer before expecting so much of a candidate's time. This job is barely a step above Olive Garden. With only 4 table sections, there's got to be a better job out there with more reasonable expectations and better earning potential.
