The interview process spanned two weeks and involved a lot of back and forth through emails and calls, including phone interviews. Despite this, I was ultimately told that they were looking for someone with more casual dining experience, which was surprising given my background in military food service. The recruiter expressed doubts about my ability to handle the job before the actual interview even took place. It's frustrating to be told what I can't do. In the end, I was offered a server position, which felt like a commentary on their perception of my value. I doubt I'll be dining there again.

The whole process took about 3 weeks. You start with an online application, then a personality test, followed by a phone interview. After that, there's an interview with the MP and then one with the regional manager. All the interviews are pretty much the same and last about 30 minutes. They'll tell you if they like you by telling you who's going to contact you next. Make sure your resume is good and you talk well, seem energetic, and are really excited to work there.

Dress nicely with a great attitude. Getting a job here is tough, and hospitality is a must. Men should be clean-shaven with natural-colored hair, and no long hair. No visible piercings or tattoos. Minimal jewelry is okay. Be outgoing; it's a fun but professional place.
