Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Carr Workplaces.
Community Manager
The interview process was very dry. The interviewer immediately stated, "honestly, I'm tired of interviewing people." This did not give me the best impression of the company, although I did end up working there for a few years.
- Can you walk me through your previous work experience?
Community Manager
The interview process was pretty typical, done over Zoom. The questions were easy and didn't require much preparation, and they gave feedback on my answers. They mentioned setting up a second in-person interview and a tour with the GM, but I never heard back. After following up a week later, still no response. Honestly, I thought it was super unprofessional.
- What are you seeking in a new role?
Community Manager
The interview process was pretty standard from what I have been through in the past. They are a really magnificent company and they really enjoy working together, solving problems for companies, and being above and beyond in terms of customer service. Their dedication and helpful nature from beginning to end of the interview process really shows that they care who they work with. I have never had a problem asking for help or getting more information from someone - everyone is welcoming, helpful, and truly bends over backward to help each other.
- How would you handle a frustrated client when you're unsure how to assist them?
