The interview process was pretty typical, done over Zoom. The questions were easy and didn't require much preparation, and they gave feedback on my answers. They mentioned setting up a second in-person interview and a tour with the GM, but I never heard back. After following up a week later, still no response. Honestly, I thought it was super unprofessional.

The interview process was really straightforward, more like a chat than an interrogation. I got a tour of the office. Then, a week later, the Regional Manager called for more questions. When I mentioned I was on my way to work, she said she'd call back at a better time. She never did. I tried calling her and left a message. Still nothing. I eventually got an email saying they'd hired someone else. I can't believe she didn't even bother to return my call to talk to me.

First I met with HR. Then I had a meeting with the Finance team. The Finance Manager really didn't try to sell the job, they kinda did the opposite. They said 'Be ready to do the work for 13+ properties..'. It sounded like they were overwhelmed and it was clear the workload and deadlines were serious. It's definitely not a place for entry level people, so stay away.
