Customer Service Representative
After applying, I got an email to take an assessment. If I passed that, I was supposed to move on to a video interview. A couple weeks later, I got an email inviting me to a Carnival job fair that was over 5 hours away. They didn't even look at the video interview. They expected around 200 people. I wasn't willing to drive 5 hours and get a hotel just for a job fair.
- What makes you want to join Carnival?
Customer Service Representative
The interview involved video prompts and chat responses. It felt easy, but it was set up to trick you, so it's important to write down names you see during the chat part. You can't see past questions or answers for the same 'customer.'
