It was easy-going and friendly for the interviewee. They really look for opportunities for your growth. It started with a screening call from the manager, then an in-person interview with the manager that included specific sales questions, and finally, a concluding interview with the LGM to check for fit.

Had 3 interviews, they were situational and role play, and the last one was with the GM. They asked about my basic sales experience and it was mostly conversational. It was a pretty easy interview and entry level. They might throw some objections at you but they'll also give you the right answer in the end.

This was the most ridiculous and unnecessarily tedious interview I have ever experienced. I was at the location for nearly two hours. Every question was "Tell me about a time you did X and how that resulted in Y". Disconnected and disingenuous. Similar to the interviewers. The pay structure is $160 flat commission for all cars plus $100 if you sell MaxCare with some additional incentives. You receive a paycheck regardless, which sounds great, right? Nope. Whatever the difference is between your commission and hours worked is what will be taken out of your next paycheck. Example: Hours worked: $900, Commission: $750. If your next paycheck is commission based, you will receive $150 as they "subsidize" the pay from the previous check.
