Case Behavioral

It was a 3 round interview process. First was HR, then a case study. Finally, an interview with the team that included more case studies. The case studies were the bridge case, revenue case, car loan case, and the famous painting case. It felt like these cases were designed as "gotcha" moments because they are mathematical problems with a single correct answer, even though they claim to assess critical thinking.

Case Behavioral

The interview process included a first round which was a short case study plus a behavioral interview, lasting about an hour. The second round involved two case studies and another behavioral interview, and went for about 3.5 hours. Overall, the people were great and it was a good experience, though the interview was long. The cases were more focused on light math and probability rather than typical consulting-style cases.

Technical Case Behavioral

The interview process for this recent grad role is too much. First, you submit an application. If your resume passes, you get a math-heavy online assessment with old graphics. Score well, and you do a phone case interview. They send a YouTube video with a sample case and give you the contact info for an analyst to help you out. They might also send a PowerPoint on relevant math concepts. The YouTube video isn't very helpful, it's too easy. The actual phone case interview was rough, with 4 scenarios to track in 5 minutes. It's really hard to take notes, clarify, and do the math. My interviewer asked some behavioral questions first and was very unengaging, saying he didn't know his favorite part about working there and almost laughed when I was overwhelmed by the case. The next round would have been a super day with cases, behavioral, and maybe an algorithm. They were also vague about the start date. This process is way too intense for new grads and doesn't consider that people don't do complex word problems over the phone without visuals. It seems like they only care about on-the-spot math skills.
