I applied online and spoke with a recruiter within a couple of days. Then I had an initial case study interview. After passing that, I proceeded to a full loop of three interviews held a week later. They informed me they weren't moving forward with my application about 3 business days later, unfortunately without any feedback, although I did like the case studies.

Behavioral Technical Case

I applied and a recruiter from another team reached out to check my interest. I interviewed with the recruiter a few days later. Then, I set up the next interview with the hiring manager. This interview was supposed to be about a business case. The hiring manager was really hard to understand, fumbling and stuttering. When I asked questions to clarify, he'd cut me off and disagree with my thoughts. The material seemed more subjective, but the interview focused heavily on quantitative stuff. Be ready for division, percentages, decimals, and hope the interviewer can communicate clearly.

I interviewed at the corporate office in Richmond Virginia. It started with an online numerical skills test and personality test. Then I had a phone case interview. After that, I went in for a full day (6-7 hour) interview process at their corporate campus. I wasn't given much information other than to show up. I went through 4 separate interviews with different employees, 2 of which were more case interviews. At the end of the day, I took an oral drug test and answered some really weird questions about my past. I didn't get the job and wasn't told why, just a standard rejection. It felt a bit disrespectful considering how much time I invested.
