The interview process started with a 20-minute phone interview with HR, focusing on basic questions about my work experience. Then, I had to complete a 90-minute online assessment, which included personality/company preference rankings, graph analysis, and math problems. The next step was a 45-minute phone interview with HR, mainly behavioral questions and more on relevant experience. After that, I had an in-person interview at a store with a district manager, lasting over an hour. This interview also focused on behavioral and personality questions. I thought that was the last interview, but the district manager mentioned another round with a couple of district managers and me.

The hiring process took a while, close to three months from the interview to receiving the job offer. It seems like the company was in the middle of updating their hiring and pay structure around that time. It started with a quick phone call where they asked some standard questions. About a week later, I was invited for an in-person meeting with my future district manager. We met at a coffee shop for about two hours. The conversation followed a set list of questions, but it felt pretty relaxed and not overly stressful.

so it was like, lots of phone tag, then a phone interview and a 1:1 interview, then an in-store experience, and then a HR interview. it was a lot but what can you do. then there's this 8 week training with a TSM and 1:1 with your DM, but most of the time it doesn't happen.
