The interview process seemed pretty standard, though I had some reservations about the questions. The phone interview lasted about an hour, and honestly, it felt more like they were talking to me about Carhartt instead of getting to know me. Then there was the panel interview, which felt a bit disorganized and all over the place. They actually asked me some of the same questions from the phone interview, which made me question how credible the organization really is. On the plus side, the people seemed really easy-going and laid-back, and the overall atmosphere felt enjoyable.
