The interview process was long with three rounds of interview: phone screen, hiring manager, and panel interview. Each interview was back-to-back and all with different team members. The entire interview process from start to finish took two months. I waited to hear back for three weeks after the interview only to reach out twice just to find that they hired an internal candidate instead. It felt like if I hadn't reach out, I would've just been ghosted.

Had a quick HR phone interview, super nice and asked the usual questions about who you are and your experience. Then there was a group interview with the team, which involved a lot of behavioral questions. They asked things like what you'd do in specific situations and what management styles you prefer.

Behavioral Technical

I put in my application online and then HR Recruiter got in touch pretty quickly, maybe about a week later, to set up a phone screen. We talked about my skills and experience, and I learned more about the job and the company. About three weeks after that, I had a video panel interview with two managers and a supervisor. Funny thing, one of the managers was eating during the interview, which I thought was a bit odd. They asked some standard interview questions, and I felt like it went pretty well. I sent thank you notes to everyone within 24 hours, and then followed up again two weeks later with the same people plus the recruiter. The recruiter responded to say they'd sent an email the day before letting me know they decided to go with someone else, but I never actually got that email, even after checking my junk and spam folders.

  • Can you share an instance where you experienced failure?
  • Describe a situation where you encountered a conflict with a colleague.
