First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CareSource.
Case Manager
It was a hiring event where you filled out a quick application and then they called your name and took you into a bunch of interviews. Each interview was for a different position in the company.
- How would you handle a conflict with a coworker?
Case Manager
It took a month to hear back from the recruiter. Then there was a 15-minute phone interview. Two weeks after that, I had an in-office interview with an HR rep and the supervising clinical manager. I didn't hear back for another two weeks. A call came through stating that pending a background check, they wanted to hire me. Then a few days later, I got a job offer on another phone call.
- Situational interviewing questions were asked.
Manager
I went to a career fair and had an onsite interview with two managers. They said they wanted to move forward and I'd get an email for 7 references. A few days later, I sent in my references. Three days after that, HR called to set up an interview. I had a phone interview with an HR person, and later that day, I interviewed separately with two directors. It's been 4 business days, and I'll update when I hear back.
- Tell me about a time using the STAR method.
