This interview experience was very unprofessional. The questions they asked weren't really relevant to the job and they were looking for way more experience than needed. The interviewers also had poor communication skills. The interview was supposed to be with two people, but four people ended up showing up, and there was no real organization in how they asked questions.

It started with an HR screen, then I spoke with the department manager, Peggy. The interview was a really engaging conversation. Peggy seemed very passionate about her work and her team. I really suggest applying for a job at CareSource. They seem to really care about their team and treat interviewees with respect.

Had an initial HR screen with the recruiter who was very open about the job, talking about its difficulties and answering my questions clearly. They also kept me updated throughout. Then I interviewed with the manager. They seemed a bit rushed and abrupt, even at the start, but got straight to the point. This experience, along with understanding what they're looking for, made me realize it wouldn't be a good fit. I'm glad we had the conversation though.

I applied online and got a recruiter interview request pretty fast. The meeting started on time, and the recruiter was easy to talk to. They asked a lot about my past experience and seemed really impressed. When I mentioned my salary expectations, the recruiter even said they could probably offer me more than I asked for! They said they were going to move me to the next step and set up a hiring manager interview, asking about my availability. But then, about a week later, I got an email saying I wasn't being considered anymore, with no explanation. I replied, thanking them and asking for feedback, but haven't heard back.
