It was a pretty easy interview, just a few scenario-based questions. Another RN did the phone interview. They do require you to have full-time experience in your specialty over the last year. The whole thing took about 10 minutes.

They want to know about your credentials, and asked some scenario questions about patient arrivals, assessments, nurse-instigated orders, and protocols. You might get questions on varying diagnoses. Also, they'll cover company policies and procedures. You'll have time to ask about shift requirements and options.

The interviewer started by asking about me, like what I enjoy doing outside of my nursing work, and then gave me some info about CARE REV. After that, they asked about the main types of patients my current floor takes care of. Then, they threw in two questions about clinical scenarios based on my experience (they mentioned my ICU/Med Surg background) to check if I knew my stuff. It was all pretty straightforward and the vibe was super friendly.
