Billing Coordinator
The interview process began with a phone screening, followed by a Zoom interview with lower management, and then an interview with upper management. Overall, it was a quick and good interview process for me.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Marketing Strategist
The whole thing took about 2 months and had 6 rounds. A few of them were just to see if I'd vibe with the team. Round one was with HR, round two with the Director of Marketing, round three with a brand manager, round 4 with the whole team, round 5 with the Director of Marketing again, and round 6 with the brand manager I'd be reporting to. I got the job, but looking back, I should have known right away it wasn't a place I'd want to work.
- Tell me about your enneagram type.
- How would you describe your work style?
- What are some key achievements or goals you've accomplished in past positions?
Healthcare Recruiter
After applying online, I first had a recruiter phone screen. Then, I did a zoom interview with the hiring manager. The last interview was a phone call with the district manager. Even though the questions about my experience were pretty basic, by the time I got to the third round, I still wasn't totally sure what the job actually involved.

- Can you describe your background?
Staffing Coordinator
So I was first reached out by a recruiter from the company. We chatted on the phone for about 30 minutes. Then, I got set up to interview with the local area manager. I ended up having two phone interviews with them, and then one with the area director over the phone as well. After that, I had an in-person interview that was about 1-2 hours long. It included a sit-down chat and also a "pit sit" where I got to shadow and see the job hands-on. Finally, I had to do an online application with some skills and performance tests, and then I got the offer. It was a pretty long process, but they really made sure I was a good fit for the team.
- Can you walk me through a typical day in your previous role and discuss the metrics you utilized?
- Tell me about a time you successfully handled a customer objection.
- What are the most important factors you look for in a company culture?
