Customer Service Representative
I got all the details by email and liked how thorough it was. The meeting itself was pretty informative. I thought the leaders on their team were really good and seemed very competent. Overall, it was a decent experience.

Customer Service Representative
I applied online and heard back from the recruiter about 5 days later for a phone screen. The recruiter mentioned they wanted to move me forward but didn't have interview slots for another 2 weeks. They asked if I was interested in another role, which I was. After interviewing for that position (Provider Relations), I got an email a week later to set up the interview for the CSR position. I had the interview on April 24th and received an offer on April 28th for a May 26th start date. The whole process was very smooth and took about a month.

Customer Service Representative
The interview was good, fast, and very friendly. The interviewer was really nice and explained in detail what to expect. It was really easy, and I hope it goes well. I did the interview over Zoom and was asked questions like why I would be a good fit and how I would deal with an upset customer or client.
