They contacted me to set up an interview. I had to take time off from my current job to go. The day before the interview, they left a message saying they made a mistake and the hiring manager wouldn't be there. The interview got rescheduled for two days later, and they just assumed I'd be able to make it. I ended up declining the interview because it was so unprofessional. I'd be concerned about what kind of company this is to work for.

I sent in my application and about three weeks later, I think it was an intern who called me for a quick phone interview. Then, not too long after, she called back saying the hiring manager wanted to meet me in person. When I went in, everyone was super nice and friendly. I chatted with someone from HR and a customer service team leader. They were both really nice, and it felt more like a chat than a formal interview. I left, and like 10 minutes after getting home, they called to offer me the job.

I got there on time and had to wait about half an hour before my interview. The interviewer came in and did the first part, then told me to wait for their boss. I waited another 15 minutes, and I could hear them talking through the walls, so I left.
