So the interview was pretty standard, first a call with HR, then a zoom meeting with the hiring manager and the team lead. They mostly asked about how I handled tough spots and worked with people before.

Behavioral Technical Case

It was a pretty standard interview process, and they were really clear about what the job entailed. The interviewers seemed keen to understand who I was and what my aspirations were. They asked some questions that were a mix of technical and case-style, to gauge both my technical skills and how I handle situations.

It was a pretty straightforward interview process. I got to meet some really great team leaders, and overall, it was a really good experience. The office itself is nice, and the people working there are good too. The whole thing didn't take long.

It was a screening call with HR. I thought I did really well, acing all questions and detailing my skills. The HR rep, who seemed new, couldn't answer a couple of my questions. Even though I felt I proved my value, she didn't pass me to the finance team for a real interview. I suspect it might have been age discrimination due to my extensive experience shown on my resume, though I can't prove it.
