The whole process went smoothly. It was a bit tough because they wanted two rounds of interactive pre-screening, which involved a multimedia presentation. But overall, it was totally worth it. The recruiters were really professional about sticking to timelines and schedules.

I interviewed with Cardone Ventures a few months back, and the process was really smooth. I was impressed by how fast they moved to fill the role. They kept me updated on the next steps quickly and efficiently. The questions they asked were insightful and made me really enthusiastic about the company and the specific position. I was particularly drawn to the company's mission and the significant opportunities for career advancement within Cardone Ventures. It was great to get insights about the company and its future growth from the HR Director.

Behavioral Case Presentation

I applied through a referral and was asked to email that same day. I spoke with the recruiting manager. The interview was fine and had basic questions. However, I got a bad feeling about how the company operates. They mentioned long working hours, no benefits, and that everyone is trained as a salesperson. This was a red flag. It reminded me of a timeshare sales pitch. I tried to stay open-minded. At the end, they were interested and wanted to move me to the next step, a case study. They said they'd send it in a couple of days and set up another interview. I never heard back. After the interview, I saw fake-looking customer reviews online, which explained things. The reviews seemed doctored. Seeing this, I knew I didn't want to be part of it, so I didn't follow up.
