Partnerships Lead
So, the interview process was pretty standard. I had some really great chats with everyone, which was a highlight. It was about 4-5 one-on-one interviews, followed by a presentation. The presentation was a bit of a downer, mainly because of one of the newer panel members I hadn't met before. His personal approach and attitude seemed a bit difficult, not in a role-play way, but just generally hard to work with. I heard he's no longer with the company, though.

Software Engineer
The interview process went pretty well. The recruiter was super responsive and helpful. The whole thing took about 4 weeks because I couldn't give many dates for the interviews. There were 5 technical interviews, not counting the initial recruiter call. It started with a tech screening with the hiring manager, then a coding round. After that, there were 3 more interviews, including one for system design. The interviewers were nice and made it feel like a team effort, giving feedback as we talked. Overall, a great experience.

Product Owner
The recruiter hit me up on LinkedIn and we quickly set up a first chat with the hiring manager. After that, it was a full day of interviews, each lasting 45 minutes, with people from product, engineering, customer success, and marketing. Then, there was another engineering interview, a chat with the hiring manager again, and two more conversations with someone new who had just joined the product team. After all that, I got an offer. What was great was the recruiter's quick replies and how open the leadership seemed. All the interviewers were happy to answer my questions offline too. But, the process took longer than I expected, and I wasn't sure when a decision would be made, with more rounds getting added. This was mostly because they created a new role for me since the original one I was interviewing for got filled.

Product Manager
Overall a very seamless process! I got the chance to speak with a variety of different senior stakeholders to get a helpful sense of the ins and outs of the role throughout the interviews, which made my ultimate decision making process much more informed. The steps: Phone screen with the recruiter, followed by a 45 minute hiring manager interview to assess role fit, followed by four 45 minute interviews with different stakeholders to gauge relevant experience, cross-functional leadership, and other skillset alignment for the role. Following those, I had one more 30 minute chat with the hiring manager to answer any outstanding questions. The recruiter was very helpful throughout the entire process in outlining the steps, adapting to any timeline changes, and answering all my questions!
