I applied online and then a Recruiter called me for an initial chat. After that, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager where we talked about basic OOPS and C# stuff like Dependency Injection and Anti Forgery token. Then came the final onsite interviews, which were four 1-hour rounds with the team. They asked basic DS and algorithm questions, and some C# specific questions like the difference between IEnumerable and IQueryable. The Recruiter later emailed saying they had positive feedback but were waiting on other candidates. A week later, I got a rejection email stating my experience wasn't a good fit. They seem really selective.

I found the job online and HR got back to me within a week. I had two phone calls with different managers, which was fine. Then came the in-person interview, which was supposed to be 3 hours. I was hoping for some good technical questions, but it didn't quite go that way. First, I met with HR who asked about why I'm looking to change jobs, if I'm interviewing elsewhere, if I'd accept an offer, and my salary expectations. Next, I met the VP who skipped technical questions and focused on professional fit, asking me to describe myself in three words and if I'm willing to interact with non-technical teams and customers. Then, I met three managers, one of whom was the hiring manager. Again, only professional fit questions. The hiring manager talked about wanting employees to constantly learn new technologies to be ready for future job switches. I asked another manager what he liked most about working there, and he talked about everything except the actual work. Finally, I met an engineer who also asked only professional fit questions; I barely remember that part, it was quite dull. In total, I spent 3 hours interviewing without a single technical question, which makes me think about the bad Glassdoor reviews.

I got an email from the recruiter asking if I was still interested. Then I had a phone screen with the Team Manager. After that, since the role was for Frontend, they invited me for an onsite interview. I had five in-person interviews with the engineers on the team, and they mainly focused on basic JavaScript.
