I completed all interview phases and did very well, but I never heard back from them after the final round. I followed up a few times, but there was no response! Apparently, this is their usual practice, according to other reviews! After investing so much time and effort into their process, they couldn't even be bothered to provide an update on the results. I wouldn't accept their offer even if they extended one due to their disrespectful and chaotic culture.

Coding Technical System Design
First off, I had a quick chat with the recruiter. Then, a manager gave me a 45-minute coding challenge over the phone a couple of days later. About a week after that, I went in for an on-site interview which included five parts: technical coding challenges, algorithmic questions, and machine architecture questions. Unfortunately, one interviewer wasn't impressed with how I did, so I had another phone interview with them which I also didn't pass.

I had an HR screen where they asked about my background and my reasons for wanting to join Carbon. They said they'd reply within a day about moving forward, but then they ghosted me even after I followed up. It seems like ghosting is common here, based on other reviews. I mean, this isn't a dating app, I expect to be treated like a person, especially when I'm putting in time to prepare for interviews.
