I filled out the application and then had 2 interviews. I got the job offer and was excited to start. Then they called me back and said they couldn't hire me even though they knew my background before. They said my references and MVR were fine. It's disappointing because I really wanted to work for CKE.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The initial part of the hiring process with the company felt good, dealing with the recruiters and early interviews was a good experience. But things changed once the executives got involved and it really went downhill. The executives were hard to get a hold of, not answering emails or calls before, during, or after the interviews. Some questions we asked in the interview they didn't have answers for, and when we followed up afterward, we never heard back. The executives seemed unsure and confused about what the job actually entailed and the type of person they were looking for. It really felt like a lack of basic courtesy from the executive team. If candidates take time to interview, they at least deserve a response.
